Baby-Only Follow-up Consult (Self-Pay)

Description

In-home consultation for ESTABLISHED clients after initial consultation for baby only (not involving assessment of parent). Includes review of client concerns, physical exam and weight check of baby, feeding assessment (not at-breast), education, suggestions, and change of current plan of care if needed. (i.e. bottlefeeding demo, formula supplementation, etc.) Unlimited support after our visit.
