Description

In-home consultation after birth for baby ONLY (not involving assessment of parent). Includes review of medical history, physical exam and weight check of baby, feeding assessment (not at-breast), education and suggestions as needed to address issues and concerns, and plan of care developed with caretakers(s). (i.e. bottlefeeding demo, formula supplementation, etc.)
