"Nancy is an angel on Earth. I called her in tears after three months struggling to breastfeed my daughter. She's my third child and I had breastfed for a total of 4+ years. I was feeling terrible and close to giving up. I have an OVER supply of breast milk, but that wasn't the only problem. We were told in the hospital that my daughter had a minor tongue tie. Turns out it wasn't minor at all and Nancy also found a major lip tie was completely missed. She explained and showed me everything that she did with my daughter. She so very gently recommended that we seek a revision. I am not one that is the first to jump to medical interventions and I think Nancy knew that. She handled this exhausted, emotional, postpartum woman like a saint. She gently explained that we were doing everything right, but there was still a problem. She was by today to check on our progress. Things are going very well and her joy for us was so genuine, like I said before, it's like talking to a friend. You can tell that she loves what she does and she's great at it. She saved my breastfeeding journey and I can now look forward to nursing my daughter for another couple of years.

"As a new breastfeeding mom, I quickly found out that I would need additional support as I learned this challenging process. Nancy was referred to us by another professional and we reached out to her since she was both in-network with our insurance and offered at-home appointment. Both are very hard to find but quite convenient! Before our first appointment, Nancy was very proactive in communicating her health and safety protocol (top notch) and with an estimate of payment after insurance.
